Amenities

We offer a four-season swimming pool (coming Summer 2025), a state-of-the-art fitness center, a co-working space with conference rooms, and a spacious lounge featuring a mini kitchen, flat-screen TVs, billiards, shuffleboard, and arcade games.

The pool will be available for your enjoyment from 12 pm to 8 pm Monday through Friday, and 10 am to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.

The safety and comfort of all residents is AVE’s No. 1 priority! Due to this, AVE Hamilton Green is proud to be a smoke-free community. This includes the use of marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, hookahs, cigars, or any other smoking device that contains tobacco or non-tobacco products. At this time, we do not offer price reductions for signing a longer lease or paying rent in advance. However, please contact our leasing office at (914) 288-6003 to inquire about any special offers or promotions that may be available.

No, subletting is not permitted at AVE to maintain the quality and security of our community.

We understand that situations can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. For furnished stays, there is a 30-day minimum, and after that, you only need to provide a 15-day notice to vacate. For long-term apartment leases, we offer a lease breakage addendum with a two-month buyout. We can provide this addendum for your review before signing so you can make the best decision for your needs.
